my god i have an amazing vibe from it, are you using FL studio? if not what is your main DAW?
hmm the melody is pretty badass, that drum beat though, i think i might have a few kicks and snares that will fit, i would say keep the piano repetative and change the way it sounds a bit so about halfway through have some low notes played
keep it up! i can already tell when this is finished it will sound really awesome ^_^

SynthGoddess responds:

Ahh, thank you so much for the comment! I always enjoy reading what you have to say about my music :)

I do not use FL studio, however I use Sytrus a lot now, so that might be what sounds familiar. I use Magix Music Maker, however, because of copyright crap, I can't use any of their sounds or anything...so I make everything from scratch using mostly 3rd party vst's and effects. I use it mainly because of the easy, familiar interface. I am really hoping to switch to FL soon once I figure out how all of it works. (I have FL but I'm having a hard time working the interface....because i'm a noob. >.> ) Anyways, thank you for listening to my stuff, as always.

Well I gona be working on my Alien Hatchery album which will take few month but I am thinking of adding few ambient tracks there .

Glad you liked it

i love the song
not as industrial as much as it is trance though
pretty good but it needed more of a boost on some spots in the melody
i could think of like 5 different ideas for the melody just by listening to it
overall 4 stars
sounded like you gave it your best and it was pretty good
just work on the melody and maybe make it a bit more fast paced

Pgtblink responds:

Thanks man, appreciate the crit. would'nt mind hearing the ideas

yea some people will fuck with you like that, its happened to me before too where people wanted me to make them a few songs then they never get back to me also MAKE ALL OF THESE FULL SONGS, such amazing melodies from all of them dude, its like your a master of the house genre, favorite one from all of these is Look at the stars, keep it up man ^_^

DjGubkafish responds:

I only do live input for tiny commissions because my recording equipment is piano, daw and cable .

Unfortunately making full songs live like that is too much of a hassle .

Thank you

well this song is much more then RnB,
the melody is beyond perfect
it transitions smoothly
that 303 has a very good sound to it and it makes this alot more better
the drum beat is amazing and a great slow pace
sorry to hear about what happened but i would like to hear the version with your voice in it ^_^
depression is often something you can use to make a song, i've done that alot because i have depression and it sucks but i enjoy it because i can make music when im depressed
overall this song is awesome and i enjoy it very much, so much that its part of my favorites
what did you use to make that 303? its a very awesome sound
great job overall and keep it up, bad things happen in life and the best we can do is go face down and push through whatever life throws at you
i hope yo hear more songs like this because its awesome ^_^ keep it up!

SynthGoddess responds:

Thanks so much! Sorry the response is so late, you always make such nice comments on my stuff! I really appreciate the words of encouragement too, it's ben a battle these past few months but, you know how it is. Keep it real~

has to be my favorite song from you, i love the melody with a passion ^_^ the strings remind me of playing halo combat evolved for the first time, running through a forest while is raining and hearing those kinds of strings in the background, it just brings back so many good memories and i love how you mixed everything together, i will probably play this song while playing halo CE one of these days. this is more upbeat jazz and you did a hell of a good job at it, awesome job man :D

It's an honor to be even compared to Martin O'Donnell's compositions, man. Thanks so much. I'll definitely release more like this in the future!

pretty good song I like it,
I've been meaning to use Firebird VST, found it a while ago but I never used it
I can kinda tell what plugin your using for the drums but there is one problem I have with some of your songs and its the drums, its good to switch up drums and stuff like that, try using a sample pack or some different one shots to use, I don't like using FLstudios drums because people always use the same ones like a really loud bassdrum you hear in every dubstep song from FL studio and its really annoying to not hear some change but the drums do fit though but sometimes you could try changing them up, just my 2 cents good job though

DjGubkafish responds:

I tend to use generic drum patterns for house and progressive music . I actually do it on purpose because otherwise it takes away too much from the analog and makes it sound like rock .

Although maybe I should experiment a bit .

very awesome :D
why is it rated as crap though? it needs to be at least 4.5 stars
great job man I love it

De4dl0ck responds:

Thank you :)

when i just released it, someone pressed 0 at the voting :D
so it was hard to get higher again :)

i more then liked it i loved it, ambient music is my favorite music style especially when its combined with electro like the way you did, i swear my ears are just like HOLY SHIT, the smooth and great progression...is that the Gladiator VST i hear? i swear man whatever it is that you use for the synth i guess you could call it at 1:21 is just so good i love it, anyway you got me off track XD, i love how it goes from quiet too just a lot of cool and unique sounds to ambient wet synth wobble sounds then back to your unique combination of sounds, not a lot of things i could say bad about the song, drums could have used a bit of compression at 3:13 to 3:28 and well that's about it, i love the song non the less, nice job man :D keep it up!

DjGubkafish responds:

There is 2 gladiator lairs and the other one at 1.21 is Kairatune ( best free electronic vst i ever seen )

I didn't use sequencer for it though . There is probably 40 midi notes in 8 seconds .

Thank you

HEYYYOOOOO i try to make some cool music, enjoy it if you want! i use FL studio 12.5 and ableton live lite
