303 in the beginning is too low pitch, try higher keys with a 303 especially if the song is going to be upbeat also it sounds like your editing the ''303ish'' preset, try making your own 303
its just a saw wave and a square with some res. and cutoff on filter one in sytrus, its what ive done for every 303 ive ever made until i started using reason and its thor polysonic synthesizer, making a 303 is so much easier then using sytrus and more fun
like i said you should really get reason 8 its really easy to use and i know youve had trouble learning the way FL works, with reason its the easiest thing and i could also teach you if you want

Those definitely aren't harsh words! Haha, this is a Work in Progress for a reason. What i really wish I got a little bit more of on newgrounds is criticism. While the kind words and praise are nice, the only way I can get better is if I improve the flaws and make what's great, even greater. So with that in mind, I have to say thank you ^^. I will try to get reason for myself, it's just slipped my mind, and by what you're telling me it seems like a good DAW.

well damn this took me by surprise holy crap
i love the saw bass and the flute type sound
the drums are pretty good actually for your first time you did quite well
but
the first 13 seconds could have been tuned just a bit more it just seems lacking
other then that this was pretty good
im not even in to hip hop or anything likem that and there are only certian artists that cna make it good and i like your style of it its quite awesome
keep it up im sure the finished version of this will be awesome! ^_^

my god i have an amazing vibe from it, are you using FL studio? if not what is your main DAW?
hmm the melody is pretty badass, that drum beat though, i think i might have a few kicks and snares that will fit, i would say keep the piano repetative and change the way it sounds a bit so about halfway through have some low notes played
keep it up! i can already tell when this is finished it will sound really awesome ^_^

I do not use FL studio, however I use Sytrus a lot now, so that might be what sounds familiar. I use Magix Music Maker, however, because of copyright crap, I can't use any of their sounds or anything...so I make everything from scratch using mostly 3rd party vst's and effects. I use it mainly because of the easy, familiar interface. I am really hoping to switch to FL soon once I figure out how all of it works. (I have FL but I'm having a hard time working the interface....because i'm a noob. >.> ) Anyways, thank you for listening to my stuff, as always.

melody is really cool and peaceful
the bell sounds are amazing and the reverb if any was great! but that might have just been the decay set to wherever or the release im not sure but its pretty cool
progression was perfect

i remember for a while i was really into Japanese techno and the vocals were amazing, part of the inspiration that helped get me into music, this song reminds me so much of that time
the vocals are amazing and i really want to hear more of them!
ive pretty much listened to all of your songs and i honestly cant find much wrong with them but this song though, its amazing!
progression is on point
vocals dont break away from the melody
all the synths are a perfect fit
that blip synth in the beginning is awesome!
i would honestly like to hear you use modular plugins and feature to make modular synths
im sure you would be great at it

its rare that i download a song and play it were ever as well as favorite it but i gotta say i love them all, i love silent death but underground astronaut even more

also there much more ambient then video game genre

i love the song
not as industrial as much as it is trance though
pretty good but it needed more of a boost on some spots in the melody
i could think of like 5 different ideas for the melody just by listening to it
overall 4 stars
sounded like you gave it your best and it was pretty good
just work on the melody and maybe make it a bit more fast paced

i liked them all
the drums though are something you should experiment with, download a sample pack then try and use those hell i could send you some samples i use if you want.
other then that i liked all of these great job ^_^
