i always love how you add either a joke or just little easter eggs, like things on the walls or characters interacting with each other in ways we wouldn't expect, my favorite still being in Incident:100A when S and D made a bet about killing the first guy in the beginning, always great to see things like that, its the little things that people pick up on the most

im pretty sure soundboards go in the games section
good job however here

try to avoid layering the black outlines of objects when they connect and you want them to bounce, it throws off the flow of it and makes it look weird
i would also say make the black outlines a tad smaller
and yes this would go good with some SFX, you could try searching google for ''royalty free sfx'' or something like that to get some, you can use royalty free samples in anything so those are great to have with animation programs

a lot of this is just stock images and other pre-made pictures, not much effort or good quality aside from actually arranging all the layers
i like how the music got removed lol

very basic quality animation, improvements could be made here and there.
most of the backgrounds just look like screenshots from anime movies or games, which isn't that creative imho.

its at least good to change the way they look a little if they are pre-rendered backgrounds, even throwing a tree in and fading it to match could be an improvement in background quality!
basic character outlines are a good thing to practice with but i wouldn't use them in an actual animation personally, they just look weird. practice makes perfect!

man this was great

the animation was awesome
twas a diverse piece of paint strewn about an animation in good fashion

the audio was great, nice and clean
the voice acting was good, very humorous
goofys laugh sealed the deal on this though, hard to replicate that.
